Personal Renewal
Personal Renewal is a conscious way of living that incorporates practices into your daily life that continually renew and rejuvenate you physically, mentally and spiritually. This conscious way of life includes understanding both our outer and inner self. As a mother of two very active boys, I learned early in my adulthood to take moments for my own health and well-being. I remember clearly how exhausted I would be from working a full-time job, raising young children, going to night school and building or maintaining the relationships in my life. When I learned that only I could create the balance I longed for was I able to make the conscious decision of how best for me to do this.
Through working with you and listening to your desires and challenges we are able to identify clear steps for you to take immediately to improve and continue to develop your own unique personal renewal plan.

Past Life Regression
Through past-life regression (guided meditation focusing on healing behavior patterns, physical pain/illness, relationship issues) discover a freedom from what often is holding you back from fully engaging and enjoying life.
